  • Your initial consultation will be in a private room, lasting approximately one to two hours.
  • Bring along photos of yourself and those of hairstyles you'd like to consider.
  • Meet with our hair replacement professional to assess your concerns.
  • We'll fully evaluate your hair loss, face shape, lifestyle, hair color, texture and type.
  • We'll recommend the best hair replacement solution for you and your lifestyle.
  • Based on your decision, your deposit is paid and order placed. Custom hairpieces and wigs usually take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Hair extensions arrive within 1-2 weeks.
  • Your hairpiece or hair extensions order arrives and we contact you to set up an application appointment. During this appointment in our private room, we professionally cut in and style your natural hair to complement your new style.
  • With wig application appointments, you are professionally trained on the diverse styling techniques available, along with the necessary maintenance service for your new hair replacement solution.
  • Custom hairpieces and extensions require ongoing in-salon service and will be discussed during your initial consultation.

What types of hours are available for consultations?

What will I need to bring along to my initial consultation?

In order to achieve the most natural hair replacement solution, we ask that you bring along to your initial consultation previous photographs of yourself along with any hairstyles that you might like to try out with a new image.

Are your hairpieces and wigs made of synthetic materials or human hair?

Our hairpieces, hair extensions and wigs are typically hand tied and made of human hair. Depending on the Client's needs and desires, we also offer solutions using high quality synthetic materials, including Cyberhair (TM)

Do you have a private room for consultations?

All consultations are handled behind closed doors in your own private room at our salon.

What type of fee is involved?

The fee paid for your hairpiece, hair extensions or wigs include: complete fitting, custom color and texture selection, lifestyle evaluation, nature of hair loss, skin type and solution recommendation.

Our hair replacement solutions are all customized to fit your individual needs. Bella Hair Solutions hair extensions start at $200, wigs start at $400 and hairpieces start at $1,000.

What form of payment is accepted?

When an order for a hairpiece, hair extension or wig is placed for your hair loss replacement solution, we require a deposit of one-half of the total due. The balance is due upon application. Payment may often be covered by your insurance and we provide the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your provider. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted

Once my order is placed, how long will it take for my custom hairpiece or wig to arrive?

Our custom hairpieces and wigs usually take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Semi-custom wigs arrive in 3-4 weeks, with hair extensions arriving within 1-2 weeks.

What type of maintenance is involved to increase the longevity of my hair replacement solution?

On our extended-wear hairpieces and hair extensions, we recommend a salon appointment monthly for maintenance, allowing Carmela to style, color and cut your natural hair, and provide maintenance service to extend the life of your hairpiece or extensions.

Daily wear wigs may easily be maintained on your own. During your initial application appointment, you will be provided maintenance guidelines and styling techniques for your wig. Some women prefer to come in for scalp treatments or other salon services, while Carmela provides cleaning and styling for their wigs on a regular basis.
